Are they comfortable?

They kinda look ugly but they're dope as hell, haha.

They're very comfortable if you can get them in the right size. Don't even think about ordering smaller than your usual size. And they're a little ugly, but they're a lot less ugly than my other race shoes (pyrotech)

Just called to try to get in a 9 in blue, no luck. Did a search to see if anyone else carried these, and found this:

Looks like these are more for the crew, rather than the driver?? There is also another shoe at Eastbay, product ID 81004411 that clearly looks more like a pit crew shoe.

If you guys that have the Air Sub 18.0 think it's really a good driver's shoe, please post. I don't plan on ever catching on fire, BTW. (no track use, just autoX)

I meant to mention it earlier, but there's no SFI rating tag on these. Nike says they have a "fireproof liner", and it looks like nomex to me, but your sanctioning org may not accept them if they require SFI. Just fyi.
