no, I was going 5mph over the posted speed limit, which was 40mph

I'm going to court so that it would be dismissed, I don't want that on my record.

cops seem to travel in packs... if you see one, it's almost guaranteed that there will be one ahead of him or behind you. just an observation i've made.

i hate when everyone is doing 55-59 on the freeway and a cop comes along at 60, passing everyone, and all the dumbasses lay on their brakes and slow down to 50. and then you look like the "lone rebel outlaw" doing 59 mph in an s2000.

...or if a cop is at a four-way stop... all the dumbasses are too scared to go before the cop does, even if they obviously stopped before the cop did. and then they hold everyone up at the stop while they sit there and play the "no, you go... " no, i insist, you go..." "no, please, you go..." game. makes me wanna choke a bitch.

just fight the ticket. it'll get dropped since you've gone that long without one.

I've got a Passport 8500 X50 Blue and it didn't make a *chirp*

but he says he "clocked" me going 48 but he was going to be nice and state that I was going 45 in a 40

He then asked how old I was, if it was my car (after I gave him my insurance info and license) and where was I going.

haters, I tell you, HATERS!
*shakes fist angrily*

Saturday I was driving home from SF and some asshole in a red T-Bird gets right on my ass. I had no way of moving over, and before the lane next to me opens up, he pulls to the far right and speeds off. About 10 minutes later, a CHP has him pulled over. Yahoo! For once "where's a cop when you need one" actually happened.
Sorry about your ticket, but you were speeding weren't you?
