I actually saw that happen on I-5 here in San Diego.

Except the cop just made the slow SUV move over one lane.

Also, I did not have a camcorder with me.

 

Not to mention one brought to my attention last year "loud exhausts" (noise ordinance and after market exhausts).
Something about these cops here in illinois... Good ol' country boys that seem to absolutely hate imports. Something about not being v8 and annoying tics them off.
That is to my experience.

And I-90 is almost always packed full of left lane speed limit cruise controllers when I go into Chicago, but I always get passed by a damn prius.

 

That's the way to do it.

 

That was awesome!! Wish the cops would do that more around here too, I hate idiots clogging up the passing lanes.

that's terrific. i vented about damn left lane cruisers on here a while back...that thread got closed pretty quickly

 

If I'm not in a hurry and I see someone abusing the left lane, I pull in front of them, back off the throttle until they move over... then go about my business.

No way! Id buy that cop a dozen if I ever met him, that was awesome and honestly wish he had given that car a ticket.
