SAN FRANCISCO - Three bisexual men are suing a national gay athletic organization, saying they were discriminated against during the Gay Softball World Series in Seattle two years ago.
The three Bay Area men say the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance in essence deemed them not gay enough to participate in the series. The federal lawsuit accuses the alliance of violating anti-discrimination laws....

so in this case, do they go thru a couple of judges (like in american idol) and they decide whether he or she fairy enough? or they need to have proof that at some point they where catchers or some sort of scissoring in case of lesbians.
