Nope, not if Feistein and her bltch have her way. She wants the ban brought back.

I will order stuff thru my father-in-law ( he lives out of state )for my two sons. They are only 5 & 3 years old right now but I want them as well stocked as I am when they pull this out from under us again. I'm buying H &K stuff or similar high quality no Chinese or Egyptian junk. Kerry is a total idiot in many ways, gun control is one of them. Stock up guys this may not last long.

Pay with in cash on your transactions for clips and such .

California's laws are stricter than the Federal laws. There is some talk of a law suit to force California to follow the federal law but it appears weak on the surface.

Check with your local gun store for the final word depending on your locale. They must know and abide by the law in effect locally.

I still can't get any replacement hand grenades for my glove box. They are the only thing that works for those crazy meth freaks trying to run you off the road.

We promote the image of gangs and earthquakes to keep people out of our state. Go to or live in a crappy part of town and maybe gangs will be a issue. By and large not a big deal, I added a Smith & Wesson 500 revolver to my collection let one round fly from that gun and you have no worries from gangs. The whole ban thing is pretty stupid. Anything and I mean anything can be secured provided you have the resources and connections. Not really a difficult thing to do.

Assault weapon bans are what the politicos dump on the great un-washed to score points with.

Doctors will still kill more people each year than guns ever will, let's ban doctors !

Don't get the Tec-9. That thing is a jam-o-matic. If you want a quality gun that looks similar, look into an HK SP89 which you can convert into an HK MP5K or PDW.

Take a look at the MP5K video being fired from the briefcase.
