You are right but at 15 you should know better

At 15 my urges were going wild too but I sure wasn't playing with a darn kid... maybe his.... nevermind

 

Murdering a 15 year old is also child abuse, no matter who does it. The father just didn't want to be embarrassed by his son's actions. Hardly the way to deal.

 

At 15, doubtful he's a confirmed pedophile. Kids are pretty much experimenting with what they can get at that time.

 

I can't tell you how many times as a child I heard:

"I brought you into this world, I can take you out of it!"

I guess when some people say it they aren't full of shit

If the legal system had gotten a hold of the 15-yr old they would have tried him as a minor. He would have eventually been a repeat offender, a scourge on society, and a waste of tax dollars.

The kids actions were exponentially more ****ed up than the father's.

 

Killing someone vs. what the 15 year old may or may not have done. No comparison. Don't even know if the kid was telling the truth.

 

Um.. so touching a little girl is worse than shooting your pleading son in the head? I don't think so.

Killing your own child is a wrong thing! The father's action was both wrong and idiotic. Now he is going to rot in jail. What he should've done was to seek psychiatric help for that boy.

 

While I'm usually a fan of swift and severe punishment, this seems too harsh. To me it would really be based on the type of abuse. If it was violent and or intercourse/attempted intercourse then probably the punishment was just.
