NWA?
Not right now, my course get's REAL slow in September and October so I took a 2 month vacation to hang out with family and friends back on the mainland. I'll be back there beginning of November for another 6 months or so.
I used to fly a lot for work and Northwest was the only airline that would go to my destination with a reasonable itinerary. I liked them. They were usually on-time and a few times were I had weather-related flight issues they re-routed me promptly and hassle-free.
Thanks everyone. Just curious if anyone has tipped the flight attendents to get to first class. I always wondered about that. Because if you come to my bar and tip heavy you will get hooked up for sure.
ANd J3 is the pic of your E46 on Saddle road. I swear I have seen your car before. Well just from the time I have been on the island.

Tipping the flight attendant for first class? Odds are that ship has sailed by the time you've boarded the plane...they typically discount 1st class seats down quite a bit...and then right before people start boarding they do another discount on the off chance they aren't all full. The odds of you getting onto the plane and then talking/tipping your way up to first class isn't good, best person to try to grease/bribe would be at the counter.
Yah I seen one in Hilo by a bank. I had a LSB E46 M a while ago but not on this island though. I have seen a E46 M parked on some ones property up on Saddle. Probably see you around I have the only Nogaro S4 there. I shipping it back to the mainland early next year.
NWA is horrid for international flights, but since I fly out of Detroit my choices have been limited a lot now. I never choose NWA for domestic flights, last domestic flight I was on AA and that was just fine.
i fly NWA because it's the only choice from my corporate travel out of indiana; their world business class is OK (food has been the same for the past FOUR YEARS) but the economy is really shitty.
domestic is OK but i always get upgraded so i don't know what domestic economy is like...

NWA is based here and since my wife is from Oahu, we fly them to Hawaii a lot. They are going through a merger with Delta so they will BE Delta in probably a year from now.
They have a poor reputation for service in MN but it seems some of that has become a local sport.
Outside of a couple delays of flights because the planes had a warning light in the cockpit for some dohickey, we have never had issues.
On our last couple times on Northwest, we got upgrades or were able to switch to an earlier flight for no charge. We upgraded from a one stop to a no stop and upgraded the class for free one time. It helped that she did the talking, is japanese and can do a thick local accent brudda. This howlie stayed out of sight during the transaction.
I have been pretty happy. You could call NWA and ask, but every flight we have been on in the last couple years has had the headrest entertainment with several movies for free, even in the economy class. But we have never flow out of SF.
Hawaiian has a pretty new fleet though. The planes are nice.
