O.J. Simpson Saga
I think you'd have to be nuts to believe he didn't kill his wife. A court of law is constructed to err on the side of caution, and to not punish someone unless ALL pieces of the puzzle fit and point at the defendant.
As private citizens a glove not fitting when basically EVERYTHING else does fit does not mean we have to translate that small doubt into a full acceptance of his innocence.
People are crazy. Make him a white guy and my opinion of this is exactly the same. I am starting to feel like most forms of racism are now coming from people who are the ones who have been on the bad end of it for years. There is more focus on racism, sexism, bigotry, etc from the groups who have been the victims for so many years that they are pretty much the only ones bringing it up these days!
I didn't explain that well, but you get my drift. Basically what I'm saying is, after watching news broadcasts and shows the number of people who decided OJ was innocent were almost unanimously black with a few exceptions. When a white person gets off of a charge like that, you'd be damn lucky to get that support from ANY race, let alone the unsympathetic judgemental white population

1. Good luck finding a jury; this'll be more laughs than a barrel of monkeys.
2. The LAPD should've damn near been forced to wear clown suits for the job they did with the Simpson/Goldman murders. It's bad when the assigned attorney for the D.A. (Clarke) DECLINES the case on the account it's UNWINABLE, and the D.A. compels her to take it upon review.
Hopefully, the LVPD hasn't got their clown shoes on for this.
BTW, am I the only one that smells insurance fraud gone wrong?

I have a question..... So, why do 90% of the black people I've talked to think O.J. did NOT kill his wife and unfortunate boy toy? I never understood this and probably never will. Also, where is Al Sharpton? He came to O.J.'s defense during his murder trial, but where is he now?
I don't believe you have ever talked to a black person, ever!

And here's another thought, if Nicole and Ron were black would anyone care
My thoughts on the situation are hey, if a legal system that is/was/has been historically favorable to "whites" let a prominent black man off the hook, then hey Fawk it
Truthfully nobody but OJ and God knows if he's guilty. Yes there was substantial evidence against him, but hey don't forget about Rodney King who had his beat down on tape and those cops got off
So as a black man, my opinion is - Did OJ do it, IMO probably. Do I care? Not really
That's "our" 1 victory out of countless injustices
thatguyjosh you hit the nail right on the head

I'm not naive enough to think that racial motivation wasn't a part of Rodney King...
but knowing about PCP (Angel Dust)...when someone is high on that they are no longer human, they become animals.
If I were in the situation of confronting someone on Angel dust, I'd do the same.

I think it's okay. WE'll have to agree to disagree on that point. I know there are police that go overboard, but if I'm a cop and it's my life or the bad guys, guess who's gettting the beat down.
