Japanese are innovative people, anyway this has been on the market for quite sometime now and there are actually people who buy it. I once raced a Type R in Sydney who most definitely has that installed when you can hear it so vividly when changing gears. Nevertheless, it's quite stupid but you never know the car next to you might be running one of these under the hood.
