If that's the case then between the IQ test and the "heart" test there probably wouldn't be many votes. I'm almost completely apathetic/disinterested in regards to 99.9% of politics but only a liberal would want "do you have a kind heart?" as a screening test before you vote.

In all seriousness an IQ mechanism would be interesting. It would probably quickly have us cascading down the 'slippery slope' until a few nerds have half the female population dressed up in star wars costumes functioning as their sex slaves.
