Sitting on a porcelin toilet after backpacking for 5 days
Having your ex come back begging to take you back(knowing you were about to do the same)
Getting kicked in the groin area and then the relief that follows because the person missed and you don't feel the pain in your bowels radiating into your kidneys or the overwhelming urge to vomit
Any close call.... I once was working in a machine shop using emory paper to smooth a dowel that was spinning on a lathe. My finger slipped inbetween the cloth and the spinning dowel jerking my arm violently as it pulled me in... Luckily the emory paper broke before my finger/wrist/arm did.
Being able to walk away from an automobile accident and finding out that no one else got hurt.
After having your jaws wired shut for 6 weeks being able to taste your first piece of solid food.
Being in any sport having your whole team cheer you on and winning by a split second over ten of your competitors.
Playing out in the rain with your girlfriend just because you want to (and warming up afterwards)
Feeling the shockwave in your chest of a sonic boom.
Watching your dad save another person's life.
After being humiliated by your colleagues, they come back and apologize for being wrong.
Telling someone straight to their face what has been on your chest for years.
Eating a home cooked meal after doing hard physical labor.
Finding your way after being lost in the woods
Seeing your parents cry because they are proud of you when you graduate.
Finding your finger-nail clippers after having a hangnail for days.
Beating you dad for the first time in anything.
Being able to communicate with your cousins even though you don't speak the same language.
Standing up to a bully for the first time and you aren't the one left on the ground bleeding.
Standing around a fire when it's so cold that your bottle of water melts only on the side that is facing the fire.
The numbness that finally comes after standing in water so cold it makes you hurt.
Digging anything out that becomes imbeded in your skin.
Having stiches pulled out of a healed wound
Watching to the amazement of another driver your grandmother flipping them the bird after they almost cause an accident.
Laying on the beach at night with the waves lapping at your legs.
Sitting around having a beer with your buddies laughing so hard you can barely breathe.
Shutting up your girlfriend in the middle of a heated argument with a passionate kiss.
Having any of your younger relatives look up to you.
Realizing you didn't hit your buddy in the eye but rather the bridge of the nose while playing unprotected paintball
Watching Rocky IV after feeling beat down.

A deep bath after 8 1/2 hours retail operations work... (I am a cashier/stockperson/stock organizer at work) and not getting out for 30 minutes... just let all the stress soak away as you sit there and sigh happily with only your mouth and nose above the water
