Good luck Amer. My Uncle had a job like that in India. Living in India on US exec salary in Delhi. Still though even living in the lap of Luxury in India he missed the US.

All I know is that he was an exec in the industry he was in in the US and probably a head hunter placed him in the Indian firm because of his resume.
My sister-in-law met a Swede in Goa who worked for a Swedish firm who had mfg in Goa. Her setup was nice too she was paid a Swedish salary living in GOa so she had lots of disposable income.

Speaking of jobs abroad, I got a call from a recruiter to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst there. Whereas the pay would be 75-100k here (based on 2-5 years experience, B.S.) it's 120-200k there + relocation expenses.
However, there is no booze, cinema in Riyadh. So I said no, I would get too bored.
