Really? Oh it's definitely the way to go. That was the 4th ex of mine that I've hooked back up with for a night months (and twice years) after the break-up, and it's the best damn thing ever.

A few possible reasons:

1) You aren't in a relationship with each other so you don't take the sex for granted, and maybe even work a little harder to encourage it to potentially happen again

2) You know what the other person likes and it's familiar to you so there's nothing to make you nervous or intimidated about being together

3) Hopefully you're both aware that there's nothing more in it than the desire to get some pleasure out of the activity, as opposed to it being a chance to connect with each other. Therefore, you do whatever feels good, often without regard for the repercussions or potential negative affect on the relationship (because there really isn't one in many cases).


Get on that on you'll start breaking up with girls just to get back together for sex Okay, maybe not, but you get the picture.
