You've gotta make multiple smooth light passes and eventually the circle will just pop and/or peel out. Don't try to make the full cut all at once.

HERE is a link. Just make sure that when you score it, the line goes off the edge of the lexan on both the top and bottom of your arc. Then slightly bend it (to crack on the line) and then peel back to remove.

Your welcome I just got back from the RC Shop, and the owner asked me to drive my car. He was pretty impressed with my set up and asked my to join their by-monthly drift competitions, he said that I would most likley win
