It's great, and the first two seasons followed the books very well.

I liked the books a lot, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they translated it to tv.

I've been watching it on Monday nights on-demand, so I can skip the annoying rehash of last week's episode at the beginning.

My brother has been hassling me to watch Dexter... is it really THAT good?

And sorry to get off topic, but has anyone been watching Fringe? I was buying it for the first few episodes, but now it is getting a bit ridiculous! I had hope for it too.. J.J. Abrams.

Yes, it is. I've now finished watching the 2nd season, and i've gotta say, I enjoyed it even more than the first! MAJOR HEAT for Dexter...

To the person who read the books; I read the first book also... after I had seen the first season of the show. I was disappointed, and have no interest in reading the other books in the series...

I thought the second book was the best of the three.

I know the show is on CBS but it must be heavily edited compared to the Showtime version.

I might have to order it on Amazon, I've always been into serial killers.
