The Officially Unofficial Alcohol Thread
Out of pure unbridled boredom, I thought I'd start a thread, hopefully consisting of opinions on favorite beers, liquors, wines, whatever, stories, opinions, etc. all welcome...
Thought I'd start it off with my fav vodka, belvedere. And the most delicious beer Ive ever had [and not cheap at 18.50 a bottle (and thats just 12 ounces!!!)]
<trappist Westvleteren 12 Belgian Beer
Favorite mixed drink would probably either have to be a screwdriver or flaming dr pepper
Anyway, this thread will probably just fall on its face but oh well I got nothin to do tonight haha...

I like Chimay as a more affordable Monk-made Belgian beer
<goes SO well with cheese and crackers

BTW I had a half of a case on hand...my son got it and did not share it with his friends who would have swilled it down without any appreciation of its finer qualities.

I can't seem to get enough Newcastle. I love that stuff.
one local bar around here has it on tap
I also can drink the heck out of blue moon! The other weekend I tried Sam Adams equivalent of Blue Moon, with their White Ale. Delicious stuff as well. After drinking 9 in 3 hours I was toast
