It's probably not the number of guns as the rate he bought them at and the function of the guns.
I'm all for the right to bear arms.
But I still don't understand why private citizens need the ability to purchase assault rifles online without an interview or a delay to check their sanity.

over 2k rounds of ammo and 20 fire arms and above counts as an arsenal in my book.
What would you call what I own ?
But I hunt and shoot more than most.
Nothing tastier than stalking and killing your own animals.

I would think about 15 guns is an arsenal. I own 4 and it's not nearly enough (even though I rarely shoot)
I have 8 shotguns just for hunting doves, ducks & turkey's.
I have a crapload of handguns just for various types of hunting, not mention target shooting.
Plus a bunch of long range hunting rifles.
Some people just have a bunch of stuff.
Heck I have 10 surfboards just for various waves. I either a collector or a whack job.
