Well I can't hold back, here's my $.02. Most of it fact.
They are undoubtedly implants! Silicone is actually more natural feeling than silicone. There is no increased health risk with silicone. Either way, they will look the same when she is eighty, except they'll be at her waist. The suction device has been around before. It causes bruising and the effect doesn't last.
Now for my opinions. First a question, would you buy fake Volks or a faulex? I wouldn't, some of you might. It's an individual preference.
