For most of us in the market over the last couple of months it's been a bear... Well at least for me my "Dogs" have caused a few sleepless nights. How are you dealing with this market? What has been your "Dog" and what has been your "Diamond"? My dog is Lucent, and my diamond has been Harley.

I'm investing for the long term. Shares of ARBA, AKAM, COMM, RHAT, and CSCO. I believe that all these players are at a discounted price and eventually rise back. Hoping to see a return of at least 2-3 folds realistically. Also looking into shares of PDGM and ARNA. Been making a pretty healthy profit so far.

KEEP EM' COMING BABY!!!!!

I think that just about every major market (around the world) is going to take another significant hit this year. I think that this will also adversely affect property prices. I am staying out of the markets until I think that they are ready to start performing again.

Diversify. We've heard it all before but not just diversification of stock and certain markets, but rather diversification of the types of investments you make via types of securities and assets. Don't overlook anything.

I'm mostly out of the market this year. although I hate being out, I have to.

I don't like shorting, but sometimes I wish I would do it!

I have never purchased a stock not listed on the nasdaq, and probably won't for the next 5+ years.
