Default Ok Techies......

I want to run a component signal from a Direct TV reciever to 2 HD sets. One in the home theater, the other in the bar on the other side of the wall about 15 feet away for when I have Super Bowl or other sports gatherings.

Anywho.....I could split each one of the RGB cables with a splitter from Radio Shack and run them to both sets but I am worried about signal loss and not being strong enough.

Does anyone know of a product to take a component input, bosst it and send it to multiple sources. I would guess stores like Best Buy have a commercial type unit to run all the TV's in the store, but I am looking for a reasonably priced consumer unit.

Thanks in advance

At that distance and only one split I doubt you'd have any proplems using a simple splitter. This might be overkill but if you don't mind it's always better to pay for overkill then be disappointed.

We use higher amp versions of component splitters at work. We split a HD signal over 15-16 TV's with almost no loss. They work well as long as its amplified
