All-your-base was great, and Engrish.com takes that to another level. What about sites like Maddox? He has barely done anything since the book, but the early stuff was pretty damn great. Failblog, LOLcats, there's a lot to pull from.
The there's the incessant modification of the English language, what with (word)X0RZ (hacker speak), "teh stoopid/ghey/etc.", ORLY?, and others.
