Default Olympics vs. X-Games

I caught a glance of the Olympics the other night. Snowboarding was on in a half-pipe competition. Its great that its become a "sport", but I believe its lots its style and touch, especially trying to explain the definitions of "indy" or "mute" airs.

Personally, I prefer the X-Games. Its all personal style, and that counts so much more than the hard and disciplined dollars by Olympics atheletes.

What are your thoughts?

I think the olympics used to be more pure.. hence, faster, stronger, higher. I think the x-games have the 'new' 'cutting-edge' sports. I don't think they should have added all these new sports to the olympics. It takes away from the olympics' appeal.

I watch the X-Games more than the olympics, because a lot of my friends compete in the skating (rollerblading) competition. My friend won 2nd place last year.
