That is hilarious. I can't stand for Anna (my wife) to ahve the remote at all. She has interrupted too many of my previous television viewing to be trusted anymore.

There are times that she'll watch tv and when a commercial comes on, she flips over to other stations. I'll see a commercial or "something" on a particular channel and I'll say, "go back to that channel."

And this happens every time. . .

She stops and goes back one or two channels, but never (and I mean NEVER) to the channel that ***I*** wanted to see. Finally, knowing that time is clicking away and that I may be unable to see what ever the hell it was that I saw in an instant, I ask for the remote while she continues to up one channel and down another, until, finally, the channel is never to be discovered.

OMG!!! I feel a whole lot better now.

Thank GOD we have two TV's!

JAGlady tends to watch the touchy-feely stuff and I watch the History Chanel, FOX News, My Wife and Kids, Food TV......

After NBC News, we're in seperate rooms 'till its time for pillow talk (my favorite program).

Of course, you could just dump the TV out and not let anyone watch. That way you're both either frustrated or happy, but neither of you is one while the other is the opposite. After all, fair is fair....right?
