there have to be insane amounts of money in dubai. i was just watching this show the other day on how the dude in charge built an artificial island. crazy.

Are you sure it was an accident? I've seen some of the crazy stuff those guys do with their cars over there... maybe this was just a crazy stunt. Maybe that's the owner of the boat on the back. He has probably seen those guys that do the stunts on jetskis that go under water, so he thought he'd try it in his yacht. After all, what's 1.5million to an oil sultan?
