they were filming in chicago over the summer...saw tons of clips on youtube and facebook. looked pretty cool actually. hated the first two and will probably hate this one...but i'm gonna watch it just cuz it's in chicago haha

What was that cop even doing? Driving on the wrong side of the road, and not slowing through intersections? And I can only guess, driving through a road block to even get there? Weird...
