Default Our new place

Well. Not like it's that interesting but here's some pics of the place that my wife and I bought. It's in Downtown St.Petersburg Florida, home of the AL east champs, The Rays. We live within walking distance of the baseball stadium, the st.pete grand prix and all the bars and restaurants. I did all the painting and decorating myself. Let me know what you think.

Cool townhouse. It'll be fun living within range of everything. Looks bright inside. Only suggestion is maybe adding a extra speaker to make sure you can hear the tv.

The color on the big walls in the living room are Toffee Crunch and the color on the accent wall behind the TV is South Kingston they're all Behr paints and are available at home depot.

I purchased the home for $215,000 with 3% seller contribution. Appraised at over $300k. It's about 1900 sq.ft. and about 10 blocks from the water, 9 blocks from the baseball stadium and just a few blocks from all of the restaurants, movie theaters and parks.

I'm actually going to repaint the 1st and 3rd floors this week. I don't like how there's no color consistency. I let my wife pick a few colors and that just went horribly wrong. So I'm looking to repaint the guest bedroom and 1st and 3rd floor hallways as well as paint the extra bedroom to get it ready for the baby.

Looks nice, my only criticism, and this is purely personal. The stairwell is too dark in color. You have an already difficult area to light, use a lighter shade to help illuminate it. Or check into some of those new LED fixtures for accent lighting should you choose to stay with the existing color.

Overall I'd say the place is
