Haha I can assure I did not let my insurance company know about my speeding ticket. And I don't see what the difference is between my insurance company finding out whether I was ticketed, or the state finding out. The point is my insurance company found out. Same could happen with this guy.

CCCP maybe your insurance company knows about it cuz MA and NH are neighboring states. I've heard that neihboring states often share alot of info. But I'm hoping that IL will not share with MA, or at least will not let my insurance find out... Any1 know more about this???


Also, when you do take something liek this to court, does the judge summon the cop and tell them u're coming or what

Just call up any insurance company other then your own and ask. I doubt anyone here knows the relationship IL and MA have in regards to sharing traffic information.

The difference is simple, he doesn't have any points on his licence in his state.
