overcoming jealousy

I can't say that I've never been the jealous type, but as I mature, I understand my position in life.
I consider myself to be very fortunate and doing pretty good. I have a car payment and I rent an apartment, I am not rich, but I have financial stability. I went to great schools and have a nice career history and my current position is a great start with a great company.
I believe that realizing my own success suppresses the urge of jealousy.
I have friends that have much more than me, some multi-millionaires with mansions and exotic cars. I congratulate them and enjoy driving their cars.

It's like erectile dysfunction. Before there was Viagra... "nobody" had that problem. But suddenly, after there was a treatment... all the ED'rs came out of the woodwork.....
