I'm a Music major. . . I can only count to seven, and even then, it's usually just in groups of twos and threes. . .

I'm not an English major by any stretch of the imagination.

Yesterday we got an e-mail that there might be a problem on one of our DVDs: the instructor made an error in a calculation, so both the video animation and the audio explanation are incorrect.

Our QA manager replied to the e-mail, writing that he would have one of the members of his QA team look at the audio.

Presumably - I'm guessing here - by means of an oscilloscope.

The overuse of the word "crisis" to describe every problem.

People who end practically every freakin' sentence with "right?" As in:
"I drove to work today, right". "And this guy was changing lanes right". And he didn't use his turn signal right". And he almost hit me right".

I wasn't there I don't know if it's right. You were there and you're the one telling me the story so I'm guessing it's right. Quit freakin' asking me if it's right!

Another thing that annoys me is that (and not to sound racist) but black guys seem to begin and end every sentence with "yo". Why?
