What p2p file sharing programs are available? Is there anything better than kazaa that's available? If so, what's the name of the program?

i don't know how they work, but here a few off the top of my head that have been getting owned lately:

bittorrent networks
limewire

 

Owned, how so? I heard about the bittorrent issues, but I just downloaded and installed Limewire and it's working, but it's real slow.

 

they'll get beat down sooner or later. MPAA, RIAA, everyone is closing in on P2P.

don't forgot to foward the ports that limewire uses. i don't know what they are, but if you do a search it'll probably come up.

Kazaa sucks. I've been using winmx which can be a pain, but to me its the best thing out there. The bit torrent stuff is only good if you are dling porn.
