i've worn my PJ pants in public before... if i have to run to the grocery store real quick or when i was going to school i'd just roll out of bed, put a sweatshirt on and go to class.

i don't see how it's inappropriate or bad manners. my ex-boyfriend's mom reamed him out cause i wore my PJ pants to their house one time. we were watching movies at his house and for whatever reason had to stop at his parents and she got all butt-hurt about it...

I hate seeing it to, it just looks trashy. No matter where I go, even if it is to the grocery store at 1am, I still like to look presentable.

well i feel bad for you....you obviosuly feel like you always need to impress other people...sometimes being comfortable is much more important than impressing strangers...plus most peoples pjs look presentable its not like people are wearing rags...

It called proper respect through dress.

It not about impressing people its about adhering to societal norms, you know sort of like tipping for bad service.

i dont agree with that...wanting to look presentable means you want to represent youself in a certain way so when people see you they get a good impression of you...atleast that is how i assume rwd_honda is using this

I personally could care less what they wear but sleep ware is for sleeping not walking around in. Underwear is for under your clothes not walking around in. She might as well come to work in a bikini. Its just not appropriate.

Most medical scrubs look like jammies, especially the ones with the granny type of print/designs on them. I work in a surgeon's office and thankfully am exempt from wearing those things, but man I see many women in the practice that look like they are ready for beddy bye!

Seriously, if you are a guy and complaining about young co-eds wearing pajama pants to class, then something is utterly wrong with you.

"You have to look presentable going to class?" What a load of bullshit. Period.
