I wonder if the Taliban leadership still feels safe their holes (bunkers)?

I believe the USAF employed the first GBU28's today.

The GBU28 is a 5000lb bomb made out of a salvaged
large caliber artillery barrel. It's packed with explosives,
capped with a pointy chunk of hardened steel and equipted
with a JDAM kit (well at least I think it's a JDAM kit).

Imagine the kinetic energy developed by this thing when it is dropped from 20,000 feet. It's enough to ruin your day
even if you're deep in a hardened bunker!!
