I'm so amused by the hypocrisy displayed by those who shout "Personal Responsibility!1!" loudest. Not once have I met a vocal proponent of "personal responsibility" who wasn't busy laying blame.

 

Both stories are dumb coffee is hot common sense! open lid over a surface where, it wont spill on you....people will always try to find away to sue/blame someone...

I have no problem at all calling the parents out. Laying blame? Absolutely. I don't have any problem calling bullshit. I just think it is hillarious when people seriously believe the utter crap/lies people come up with to try and get rich quick. The parents saw an opportunity to make millions off the death of their child. That is SICK and pathetic.

Sort of like getting alcohol poisoning and going to the hospital to have your stomach pumped out. So going to sue the brewing/distillery company now? Lol. Instead of drink responsibly alcoholic commercials have, they should put, "Open hot coffee responsibly."
