i seen one many years ago of a capoeira guy (asian) who was just killing these acrobatic moves like the parkour guy (whom i've never seen before this post!--i guess i'm really behind).

very cool.

in the OP's vid, where's the parkour? I'm not saying it's not cool, I'm saying it's gymnastics in a gym, not parkour. It's like posting a vid calling it "street skating," but the entire thing except for a few kickflips takes place in a skate park. Either do it in the street or call it gymnastics. It's not parkour if it's in a gym, that's pretty much fundamental I thought. If you had access to a gym, you wouldn't parkour.

Not so impressed by a guy doing backflips on gym mats, sorry. My niece could horse vault a railing. Wait, so can I.
