Default paypal?

hi guys, i'm a noob to the whole online buying and selling and everything. i was wondering if you guys could kinda clear up my confusion. i've prolly read through a good deal of the FAQs but i'm just confused.

anyway, as a poor college student, i decided to sell some of my stuff off on ebay, so i made a personal account, turns out i need at least a premier account to sell, so i upgraded. i guess i'm tryna ask what the difference is between personal and premier, also if you guys could tell me basic things i need to know about selling on ebay that'd be great. any help is appreciated.
TIA
ryan

You should try and buy stuff on ebay to build up a reputation and see how that works before you try selling on ebay. Since you have no feedback, most bidders will ignore your items because a newbie has a higher tendency not to know how to complete a transaction satisfactorily.
