Default PAYROLL: What software do you use? (Business)

Our company does not want to pay our accountant to do our payroll anymore. They are pretty incompetent. The only reason we are still with them is because they have been with us since the beginning. We have really outgrown them. Every two weeks we pay our employee taxes and we almost always end up overpaying!

Anyways, what software would you guys recommend?

We are a Record Label with a recording studio and a publishing company. With about 10 employees.

Thanks guys.
