it is coughing season up here in the rustbelt..... people think they need COUGH right into the phone without even trying to cover their mouth or hold it away..... I feel like doing it back to them, but they would probably just think i was a dick for doing it and never realize they do it......

 

I can't stand people eating while they're on the phone. That and people who call me on speakerphone and then pick it up as soon as I answer.

 

I also hate the eating on the phone. like people are soo ****ing busy they can't wait the 2 minutes to fill their fat faces!

 

i HATE people who put you on speaker phone... i have this client who always talks to me on speaker phone like she's so busy and so important that she can't bear to actually hold a phone up to her head. she walks around the room away from the phone, making noises, shuffling papers, talking to other people in the room; and i can't understand a word she's saying and i have to make her repeat everything she says, and then she gets all pissy with me... maybe this bitch needs blueteeth, eh scot?

i HATE when people call YOU and then spend half the phone conversation talking to other people they're in the room with... making you wait and listen to their conversation with the other person. my ex-best friend did this all the time... like she was so damn important and had so many friends that she expected me to wait patiently while she talked to all her other friends.

 

now that we are bitching...... how about call waiting.... i give the person about 8 seconds to get back to me, then I hang up...... Like I want to sit there like an idiot listening to nothing.... I got's shit to do.
