Pepsi $Billion contest rules...
It is a nice contest, which I am sure they have the odds stacked against anyone actually winning the $BILLION....but even if someone does, look at the rules.... You get some kind of goofy $710M ballon payout on the 40th year.......or.... you can take a $250M lump sum (in bold below) payment...........so shouldn't the contest be called "
This is just like those ads for new cars..... $9,999 gets you a brand new Nissan Altima
$14,999 - MSRP-
- 1,500 - Manufactures rebate
- 3,500 - cash or trade
--------------
$ 9,999.
Well...... where the hell does the cash or trade come from? That is from the buyer! That would actually be a $13,499 car, not $9,999.
Everything is a scam......
ps... if you want to be signed up for "prepaid legal" please PM me.

With interest rates where they are at the moment, about $2.5million per year. But then you have to remember that your lump sum will be effectively reducing by the amount of inflation each year.
Having said that, I think I could live on $250 million
Oh yeah. I mean, take $50 M and invest, who cares if you lose it, you've still got a big pile left.
think, you could live an AMAZING life for $150,000 a year... you'd never run out of money.
Maybe up-front expenses of 5-10 million for some "toys"
