Is there an advantage of one over the other, or is it just texture for looks and feel?

I gotta figure Perf. breathes better, perhaps cooler in the summer, but that is by no way scientific??

if you are deciding on what to get with rick's leather console cover, I got non-perf. But if I could do it over again, I would get just the perf on the sides. It compliments the seats very well.

Hehehe... BTW, perforated leather looks pretty cool with the rest of the interior.

nvmys2k,

Great pics!! After seeing them, Rick installed a black perforated cover just like yours in my silver/black during S2K Days. I love it - it matches perfectly!

I think the only real diffence aside from the cosmetic/asthetic one might be ease of cleaning. The perffed horizontal surfaces tend to hold a little more dirt...but we all keep out Stook spotless so I guess thats really a non issue!

In Greg speak.......

Dirt in my car makes me do this---------------->

It's a korean thing my wife likes I don't like it. It's kinda spicy, pickled sauce. I don't know how to explain it.

kimchi also acts as an LED under electric load. smells bad while it's doing it though.
