I can still remember a Car and Driver 10 best issue from the mid 80s. They had a "10 Best Vanity Plates" category and showed the license plate of a MkI Toyota MR2: RU MRS2

Saw "KetchMe" on an RX-7 (or some such sporty vehicle) in Virginia several years ago. It was by the side of the road and the officer was writing the driver a ticket. Be careful what you wish for.
