If the former, it deserves a failing grade; if the latter, perhaps not (depending on how good it is).

Here are some I've done in the past...
-Why JFK was assassinated by the US Government or whoever you want to say it is.
-Why there should be a "fat tax". Kind of like an alcohol tax, but on fat like McDonald's or ice cream. Money would go to school P.E. classes and stuff like that.
-Why George W. Bush should be impeached.

 

Persuade people to do their work early, instead of waiting until the last minute like you did. :-p
