i would have to doublecheck to be sure (posting this from my phone), but if you go to the programs and features control panel there is a section on the left side that is labeled windows components or something similar where you can remove and then re-add things like the photo gallery easily.

i will doublecheck on my pc tomorrow and confirm where it is located if i am wrong.

 

for all the shit I've heard, I don't really have any problems with it. but then again, it came preloaded with my laptop, and it has enough memory and processor power to handle it

I guess its one thing if you're upgrading from an existing computer with XP, but the last operating system I used was win2000
