Is it just me or does it take forever to have your photos put in the incoming folder after you send them. It's sometimes hours and in one case, weeks before they arrived.

cthree, my ISP is cable and it usually only takes a minute or two at most, often just a few seconds. What's your speed?

it does take a while, but with 'quick login' enabled, I find that once uploaded, wait a few minutes, or just keep hitting 'quick login' and the incoming photos number will increase.

I'm not sure what exactly they are doing when they are being upped - my guess is they are being sent through a filter to make sure nothing is pornographic. There are a few apps that will do that - which ISP's are wanting to try out soon enough so they can tell if their users are posting up pornographic images. Well, this just a guess.

I've been using FTP to send my photos. They've showed up in a matter of minutes. These are also 1600x1200 resolution, so they're about 800KB in size. By using FTP, you can send a whole bunch at one time without exceeding the size limit on e-mail attachments.
