This is a bit of an odd question for a car forum but I thought I'd put it out there; are there any PHP/web developers on here?

I'm asking because I'm in the process of building a web application for car enthusiasts that could benefit our community.

It's quite a large scale project. Proficiency in databases (especially MySQL) and CakePHP MVC frameworks would be handy.
