Default phpBB question

I was asked to put together a quick board for a local organization using phpBB 2.0.8. Does anyone know how to disallow "guest/anonymous" posts using this software. The goal is only allow registered users to make posts.

This is my first experience with this board, it does seem a bit limited on features, I guess that's why it's free!

Thanks !

I'm almost certain this is an option in the admin control panel, no?
