So they find this guy wandering around in a wet suit & tie in the streets of England. He doesn't speak or even make a sound. All the tags/marks/labels were missing from his clothing. Doctors gave him a pen and paper to promote communication, instead of writing, the guy draws a detailed picture of a grand piano. The hospital staff end up taking him to a piano and the guy plays like a virtuoso.
