While I was down at the trim shop picking up the latest batch of mats I took the opportunity to take these snaps. The craftmanship is simply awesome with the whole rebuild being done in house (except for mechanicals).

I wonder when you will be able to buy a PT Woody. Hot rod that sucker out and I think it would be a big seller.

 

Yes the technology of our little 4 cyl. is awesome and it sounds good too....but the sound of a supercharged V8 ummmmm awesome.

I have just been informed by my new hot rodding associate that the PT Woody has already been done. He saw it in San Bernadino whilst on the Hot Rod Power Tour May 1999. Apparently it was one of Chryslers prototypes.

 

PT Cruiser will never be a great hot-rod as long as it has front wheel drive.
