Pierre Kleinubing was one of our driving instructors at the Bridgestone Drive & Learn event last April. Unlike the previous day the second session did not rotate instructors so we had him for all three test cars.
Kleinubing's instructions on the wet autocross course were straightforward: "go, go, go, now brake...and now go, go , go". With Pierre onboard our BMW 325 test car we frequently lapped the slower drivers. He didn't teach the following technique that led to his Mosport victory however...

I remember seeing that race. He took the lead towards the end right? That was a good race. PD Cunningham won in his NSX against Galatti as well. Man those Audi's are so fast.

 

That's true, and looking at the body shapes, you would think so.
