Default Pimples!

Is there a dermatologist in here? Somehow within the last month, I've been getting more zits than ever, and I'm in my mid-20's. There must be like almost 10 little zits on my face right now. I rarely had any before then. What is going on? My diet has been the same as before. I've been working out more than before though. Does anyone know?

Try washing your face after you workout and maybe even before too. Your pores are opening up as you sweat, so any dirt on your face could be making its way into those pores, thus clogging them and causing zits. Try using an alcohol free toner solution after you wash your face. It will close you pores up and also remove any residual dirt. If you don't want to buy a fancy toner just use witch hazel. Does the same thing at a fraction of the cost.

Maybe you're finally starting to become a man. Do you notice more hair growing in strange places, too?

its the sweat that causes you to break out... i've noticed on some people when they sweat alot the next day they break out... it could be because you have a high acid diet and it causes that to your face its weird but thats what i've observed.

don't wear make up when you work out either. like enlightenment said, washing your face before and after a work out can help.

maybe you're sporting a new haircut? whenever i get a new haircut, i keep touching my face to move the shorter hairs out of my face because i'm not used to the new style. then a pimple will grow in the spot where i keep touching my face.

That's a negative! As for hair in strange places, I don't know what strange places are, but my cat is shaven.

My hair is still as long as always. I think it has to do with the workouts (or I'm just simply going through a quick phase of pimples). I have enough toners, creams, lotions, foundations, astringents, etc. But nothing will stop pimples once they begin to appear. But the last couple days, they are going away slowly.

Thanks for the tips, people!

lay off the roids, the pimples will go away... j/k.

However, I'm not exactly sure how the body works, but if test levels rise when you workout, maybe the increase in frequency in your workouts have caused your test levels to rise. High testosterone levels causes the body to produce more oil.
