Ok, there was a football player at University of Georgia in the 60's, nickname was "Happy" last name was Dix.

Happy Dix. Anyway, he got hurt and was going to miss a big game. Campus newspaper put together the headline:

"Dogs to Play Without Dix."

Editor changed it to:

"Dogs to Play With Dix Out."

True story.

My favourite name is Isaac Hunt. Great for PA announcements.

 

A candidate for governor in Michigan several years back was Dick Headlee. I know an orthopedic surgeon named Dr. Bone.

Richard Head and Richard Face are just terrible. You'd be heading for the deed poll with names like that. Mike Hunt is a shocker as well if you say it quickly......
